Perfectstay handles all guest communication before, during, and after the stay. Guests have access to a dedicated support hotline from 08h00–20h00, ensuring professional service and quick issue resolution.

We operate with strict house rules, guest screening procedures, regular inspections, and professional housekeeping standards. Your property is treated like a premium hospitality asset, not a casual rental.
7. What cleaning and maintenance standards do you follow?
